Massachusetts State Police have identified the woman killed in the Friday morning crash on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Framingham as Eva Meredith.

The investigation revealed that a 2006 Subaru Legacy, operated by 40-year-old Tramayne Holmes of Milton, New York, was traveling eastbound on State Route 28 when he lost control of his vehicle and crossed over into the westbound lane and struck a 2022 Peterbilt tractor-trailer head-on, according to New York State Police from Ulster County. Police say Gregory Willis, 43, of Barton was inside the burning Dodge Ram involved the crash.

A 2018 International tractor trailer was traveling south on I-81 when it exited onto the ramp and stopped due to traffic. A southbound 2001 Honda Accord rear-ended the tractor trailer.

According to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office, preliminary information revealed a pickup truck driven by David Garke, 62, of Coldwater, Ohio, was eastbound on State Route 47.

Brittney Mae Goodwin, 30, of Greensboro, was pronounced dead at the scene. . .

Goodwin’s Mazda SUV, a tractor-trailer and a Dodge pickup truck, were stopped in the southbound left lane due to slowing traffic. According to a crash report from the Illinois State Police, 30-year-old Juandria Pickett and her passenger 32-year-old Tiyana McCoy were killed in a crash at around 4 a.m. Saturday.
