In Memory of Mark Slobodjian (February 8, 2023)

A 61-year-old man died Wednesday when he collided head-on with a tractor-trailer on a Lancaster County highway, Pennsylvania State Police said.

Mark J. Slobodjian, of Nottingham, was found dead around 5:21 p.m. at the scene of the Providence Township crash, at Lancaster Pike and Schoolhouse Road, state police said.

Johnathon Sams, 41, of Rockford was found dead Tuesday after his vehicle was caught under a semi-truck in south Rockford. 41-year-old man named after fatal car vs. semi-truck crash in Rockford

In Memory of Renee Morris (February 25, 2020)

The victim has been identified as Renee Morris, 38, of Portageville.

Deputies say it appears the driver of a tractor-trailer pulled out in front of Morris’ SUV. According to investigators, she couldn’t see the rig and crashed into the tail end of the trailer. Morris was dead when first responders arrived at the scene.

Two children in the SUV were rushed to the hospital following the crash. A 10-year-old was taken to Wyoming County Community Health and later transferred to Strong Memorial Hospital before being discharged. An 11-year-old was taken directly to Strong for head trauma and is still being treated.

Jeromy Ross, 46, and Katie Jo Ross, 39, of Hartman were killed in a crash that occurred at 10:32 a.m., according to the Arkansas State Police. . .

The report said the Ross’ car failed to yield at the stop sign where the two roads intersected.

The Chevy struck the trailer the Peterbilt was towing, causing the trailer to travel over the top of the car. Two people killed Tuesday in a two-car accident in Clarksville

In Memory of Adrian Vallery, Jr. (February 3, 2023)

State police say the semi driver was backing his trailer into a business parking lot.

Troopers say the driver of an eastbound pickup truck didn’t see the trailer and drove underneath.

In Memory of Darleen Halwick (January 28, 2023)

A 63-year-old Hurley woman died after her car hit the back of a tractor-trailer late Saturday night on the Thruway, State Police said.

The driver of the truck, a 43-year-old man from Kearney, N.J., told investigators he believed the impact was a flat tire, troopers said. He pulled to the shoulder and discovered a Toyota Avalon lodged under the rear of the truck, State Police said. The vehicle was severely damaged.

In Memory of Gerald & Tara Weaver (January 27, 2023)

Officials say a westbound semi-truck driver lost control and started drifting toward the north side of the highway. Trying to correct, the driver steered south but crossed the centerline striking an eastbound Toyota SUV head-on.

Two people in the Toyota SUV were pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified the victims as Gerald Weaver, 47, and Tara Weaver, 46, both from Escanaba. 2 killed in head-on crash with semi-truck in Upper Peninsula

In Memory of Ricky Ronald Jones (January 26, 2023)

Troopers said a pickup truck and a tractor trailer collided head-on.

The driver of the pickup truck died at the scene while the driver of the tractor trailer was not hurt.

The Cherokee County Coroner identified the victim as Ricky Ronald Jones. Driver dies in head-on crash on U.S. 221 in Cherokee Co.

In Memory of Stephen Gharabegian (January 23, 2023)

According to officials, a Mercedes-Benz was traveling in front of a tractor-trailer near Exit 69 when the driver lost control of their car. The tractor-trailer then crashed into the Mercendes-Benz on the driver’s side in the right lane.

Police said the Mercedes-Benz then became stuck underneath the trailer portion of the truck. The driver of the tractor-trailer sustained no injuries.

The driver of the Mercendes-Benz was transported to Hartford Hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead at the hospital, police said. The driver was identified as Stephen Gharabegian, 59, of Lexington, Massachusetts. Man dies in tractor-trailer crash on I-84 in Tolland

In Memory of Bradley Keyes (January 24, 2023)

Police reports show a 66-year-old Blackfoot man was traveling southbound on I-15 in a 2015 Ford F150 pickup. For an unknown reason, the pickup driver went into the median, crossed into the northbound lanes, and collided with a Peterbilt semi traveling northbound. . .

The driver of the pickup succumbed to his injuries at the crash scene. Bannock Coroner Torey Danner identified the man as Bradley Keyes.
