First responders dispatched to the scene arrived to find a Ford Mustang trapped underneath a semi truck. One person was dead inside of the car.

Authorities identified the victim as Daniel Gomez, 29. He is said to have died from blunt force injuries sustained in the crash. 1 dead, 3 critically injured following multi-vehicle crash involving big rig in Vernon

The coroner said the driver of a Ford F-150 was traveling north on U.S. 29 when he apparently crossed the double center line and struck a tractor-trailer head-on.

Sgt. Chase Elkins said it appeared a Freightliner was stopped in the northbound lane due to standing water on the interstate. A Poplarville man driving a Toyota Corolla was traveling north and ran into the back of the Freightliner.

He was pronounced dead on the scene. Elkins identified the victim as 25-year-old Devyn James Killion. Killion died from injuries sustained from the crash. VIDEO: Train derailed, roads closed as water rises in Pearl River County

An 18-year-old was killed in a crash involving a tractor-trailer in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The victim has been identified as Elijah Soler of Hanover Township, Northampton County. . .

State police say 26-year-old Derrick Rosa, from Cuddebackville, died Thursday night in a crash on I-84 in the town of Wallkill. . .

Zadira Reyes‘ Hyundai Elantra broke down on the northbound side in the travel lanes of Elizabeth around 2:20 a.m. near milepost 100.8, New Jersey State Police said.
