Samantha Anders, 16, of Dayton, was riding in the front passenger seat of a minivan that was being driven by 39-year-old Anna Irwin, OSHP Lebanon Post confirmed.

The minivan was going northbound on Clarksville Road when it drove through a stop sign at the intersection of State Route 73, troopers said.

A 29-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle Morgan County wreck on Friday morning.

A 68-year-old Virginia man was killed Tuesday in a head-on crash in Orange County that closed Route 522 for roughly 10 hours.

Three people were killed after a dump truck and an SUV collided head-on Monday afternoon in Parrish, troopers said. 

The Florida Highway Patrol said the 71-year-old man driving the SUV, as well as the 71-year-old and 80-year-old female passengers, all died at the scene on County Road 675 and Jim Davis Road. . .

That’s when the dump truck driver drifted onto the north shoulder and over corrected to the left, crossing the road in front of the SUV, according to FHP.

Investigators believe the tractor-trailer, traveling in the southbound lane of Maryland Route 353, struck the rear of the Forte and the passenger side of the Acadia which caused a chain reaction.

Ryan Purkey, 20, of Tennessee, was killed in the crash. It occurred on I-40 E between Exit 407 and U.S. Route 25 around 8 p.m.
