According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, both of the people inside the minivan that crashed into a tractor-trailer were not wearing seatbelts.

In Memory of Patravius Grayson (September 30, 2021)

Patravius R. Grayson, 29, was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse south on U.S. 165 near a bridge over the Arkansas River when the wreck happened around 5:20 p.m., according to a preliminary report from state police.

Troopers said the SUV crossed the centerline into the northbound traffic lane, and the driver of a tractor-trailer swerved into the southbound lane to avoid the vehicle. The Chevrolet swerved back into the southbound lane and hit the truck head-on, killing Grayson, the report states. Troopers: DeWitt man killed in head-on crash with tractor-trailer

In Memory of Alyssa Stover (October 1, 2021)

The Cabell County Sheriff says Alyssa Nicole Stover, 18, of Gallipolis Ferry, was traveling southbound on Route 2 when her vehicle went left of center and hit the side of a tractor trailer traveling north.

Stover’s car came to rest under the trailer of the truck.

Authorities have identified the woman killed in a fatal car vs. dump truck crash on a Sauk County highway last week. . .

The woman has since been identified as 37-year-old Melissa Heitke of Portage. . .

A Mazda SUV had crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a tractor-trailer rig head-on, troopers wrote.

In Memory of Jamie Snider (September 21, 2021)

Jamie Lynn Snider, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 8 a.m. crash at the 75-mile marker, police said.

According to police, Snider was operating a 2000 Ford F-150 eastbound when she struck the rear of a tractor-trailer operated by Christopher Scott Marshall, 58, of Keyser, West Virginia. Cumberland woman killed in Interstate 68 crash at Hancock

In Memory of John Kotleba (September 16, 2021)

According to Fisher, Mr. John Richard Kotleba, 49, of Alpharetta, GA was traveling eastbound when his vehicle crossed the median, collided with an SUV traveling westbound, and then struck a tractor trailer head on.

One woman is dead after the car she was driving crashed into the rear end of a tractor-trailer exiting the highway.

State Police said Blanca Rodriguez, 29, of Brooklyn, Conn. was killed in the crash. She was alone in the car according to police. One dead in Griswold crash – A car hit the rear end of a tractor-trailer

Jeffrey Cash, 60, of the 300 block of West Jackson Street, died at 10:56 p.m. at WellSpan York Hospital a week after the crash, according to the office.
