An Oneida County man was killed Thursday after the truck he was driving collided head on with a tractor trailer, troopers said. . .

Because the bottom of a truck is higher than the bumper of passenger vehicles, when there is a collision the smaller vehicle easily slides under the truck and the first point of impact is the windshield. In Memory of Brian Harper (April 6, 2022)

They say an Amazon tractor-trailer driver, 53-year-old Larousse Desrosiers, of Boston, hit five cars. It appears that the Amazon tractor-trailer also caught on fire.

Police confirm two people were killed: Brian Harper, 33, of Rotterdam and the driver of one of the cars, whose name hasn’t been released yet. Two people dead in Thruway crash

In Memory of Jeffrey Hilbert (April 4, 2022)

“A Penske box truck collided with a Toyota passenger vehicle injuring two people inside the vehicle. The force of the impact pushed the Toyota sedan into the desert. The truck then struck a Nissan Altima sedan killing the lone driver. A semi truck then came along and struck the Penske box truck,” said Graves.

On April 5, DPS officials identified the Nissan Altima driver as 69-year-old Jeffrey Hilbert of Wickenburg. Penske truck driver arrested, accused of manslaughter in Surprise crash on Grand Avenue

In Memory of  Edy Adaleberto Quich Osorio & Victor Fabian Ventura (April 5, 2022)

Alabama State Troopers identified the victims as Edy Adaleberto Quich Osorio, 33, of Jasper, and Victor Fabian Ventura, 52, of Argentina. . .

Authorities said Osorio was driving a 2001 Toyota Rav 4 that struck the rear of a Freightliner tractor-trailer that was stopped on the roadway because of a previous crash. 2 killed when SUV rammed into back of stopped tractor-trailer on I-20

According to LSP spokesman Taylor Scrantz, an initial investigation showed the crash occurred as a 2020 Freightliner UPS delivery truck was stopped in the northbound lane of La. 77.

According to Sgt. Harrison with Georgia State Patrol, a preliminary investigation shows a tractor-trailer was parked in the emergency lane of I-75 due to a mechanical failure.

. . . a red Hyundai was traveling in the middle lane and a white Toyota was traveling in the right lane. The driver of the red Hyundai failed to maintain their lane and crashed into the white Toyota.

The driver of the red Hyundai then crashed into the trailer portion of the tractor trailer and suffered fatal injures. He was identified as 30-year-old Sean Lyle, of Gainesville. One dead after crash on I-75 in Dooly County

The victims were identified Tuesday as 51-year-old Glenn Maltby and 44-year-old Sean Gonzales. . .

The 35-year-old driver of a black Toyota Tacoma pickup died Friday afternoon after rear-ending a fully loaded trailer being towed by a Mack semi-truck on Interstate 5, according to Oregon State Police.

Michael Lee Tu, Woodburn, was driving north on I-5 near milepost 276 about 1:40 p.m. when he crashed into the semi-truck driven by a 49-year-old driver of Longview, Washington, according to OSP’s initial investigation.
