On June 14th 2003, I was almost crushed to death when a tractor trailer traveling at 55mph, slammed into my vehicle while at a dead stop, crushing my SUV into the back of an RV. The driver had fallen asleep after 29 hours at the wheel.
I suggest that the “Tired Trucker” provision not fall through the cracks because what happened to me, could happen to you.
