Thanks. But please note the Canadian Road Safety Strategy 2016 has no goal, timeline, strategy and milestones to achieve Vision Zero deaths and serious injuries in or by a new vehicle in a decade. President Kennedy set a goal to put humans on the moon in a decade and return them to earth safely in a decade in the 1960s. We can put humans on the road and return them safely in a decade using 21st century technologies. But note that today the power of big money in politics has prevented such leadership to achieve the much more worthy goal of ending deaths and serious injuries from vehicular violence – at least so far.
